Rules & Regulation

In order for any function to be carried out in a smooth manner, the hosts and management must work closely together. We are always ready to co-operate with you in every respect so please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss any specific needs or requirements that you may have.

  • Half of the amount of the rent plus an additional payment of Rs.10,000 as deposit (& Rs. 30,000 for rent) will be charged at the time of booking (and a receipt will be provided for the same). Remaining payment should be done before 1 month of the function or else the booking will be considered cancelled.
  • All the payments are non refundable.
  • Possession of hall will be given only after remaining payment of the rent, deposit and extra charges if any additional services are required.
  • Date and time change will not be entertained, even if the function gets cancelled full amount will be charged.
  • For two weddings, charges will be double for some part.
  • Extra amount will be charged for cleaning & arranging chairs.
  • Outside vendors like florist, decorator, electrician & generator are not allowed in the hall. Otherwise Royalty of Rs. 10,000 will be charged.
  • Possession of kitchen & two rooms will be given from 10 pm (previous day) till 4 pm (the day of the function). Kitchen will not be provided for dinner.
  • The Hall should be vacated at 8pm on the day of the function.
  • Reception should be concluded by 11.30pm or additional charges will be applied.
  • Light bill be charged as per meter reading. (Rs.600 per hour.)
  • Management will supply electricity & water for 24 hours however will not be responsible for any obstructions beyond control. Generator charges will be extra. (Rs. 800 per hour.)
  • Table cloth will be charged as Rs. 15 each and Mattresses with bed sheets will be charged as Rs. 40 each.
  • Alcohol, gambling and any other illegal acts are strictly prohibited within the premises of the hall.
  • Garbage or trash should not be thrown in hall premises. It should be properly disposed in dustbin.
  • After 10 pm music & decoration arrangement will not be allowed.
  • Dandiya function and dining is not allowed in lawn area.
  • It would be party’s responsibility to take permission from police station for function as well as band, crackers, orchestra, loudspeakers & baraat.
  • It would be party’s responsibility to lock the rooms. Locks won’t be provided.
  • Management will not be responsible for any loss or theft of party’s personal belongings.
  • Management will not be responsible for any theft, fight, complaint among the two parties.
  • It would be caterer’s responsibility to clean the kitchen area & dining hall after the function
  • It would be party’s responsibility to register the marriage.
  • Any damage caused to hall/fittings, etc will be charged.
  • 10.3 % Service Tax will be charged on all services and 60% of total food bill.

Legal action will be taken if above rules and regulations are not followed.
